“Alberta’s Icons from Glenbow Ranch” Hiking Tour

Explore Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park (run by the Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation) and find out about its rich history and iconic contributions to Alberta. Park stewards Alice Fedosoff and Shari Peyerl will lead a hiking tour of Yodel Loop which covers about 5 km and has two steep elevation changes. During the hike and at scenic viewpoints, learn about the history of Glenbow quarry, town, school and ranch, as well as the high society of Millionaire Hill. Please dress for changing weather and remember hiking shoes, walking poles, hat, sunscreen, insect repellant, and water.
