Tim grain farms and ranches in the Cochrane area.

He is a graduate of the U of Alberta with a degree in Agriculture and was involved with farm organizations for many years.

Along with the Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation and Park Board, he serves on the Edge School Foundation and chairs the Cochrane Foundation. He enjoys travelling and regularly plays hockey in the winter and golf in the summer.
