On July 22nd bring your mothers, sisters, daughters and friends and join Danika Kelly and Renee Kokts – Porietis, co-founders of My Normative Inc. for an evening of conversation about women’s hormonal variability and its impacts on healthy living goals. Learn about the female hormonal lifecycle and how naturally occurring and exogenous hormones (hormones we take for birth control, menopause symptoms, etc) impact our brain function, mental health, caloric uptake, caloric expenditure, and quality of life. And build out some strategies for success for when you run into these hormonally related triumphs and struggles. This evening will conclude with a walk in the Park
